Beautiful bright One-bedroom apartment at the heart of Soho.
This is a pre-war walk-up building located at the border of Soho and Tribeca, right on the interaction between 6th Avenue and Broom Street, crossing Thompson.
Beautiful location at the quiet block.
The living room is large and easily can fit a nice size sofa, entertaining center, and small dining table.
A very large window is facing courtyard so it is a very quiet but yet bright apartment.
The kitchen is all new updated and open facing a living room but still tacked away so it is like a little separate area for your little cooking time alone.
There is one nice size closet space in the living room and one in the bedroom.
The Bedroom has two large windows and it is a perfect size for a full or Queen size bed.
Has a nice natural light.

During the early and mid 1800's SoHo began constructing cast
iron buildings in order to reduce the risk of fires, which had
become common in the city. The buildings allowed for large windows
and apartments. The wealthy elites of Manhattan called this place
home until the invention of Modern Steel, which allowed for the
development of skyscrapers. The rich, seeking modern luxuries,
