Lovey one-bed features an oversized living room where you can comfortably fit all the furniture and make it a dining area. Such layout with an extra living room space and a separate windowed kitchen is excellent flex-2 because you can build a whole wall and have both rooms be separated.
A tenant just moved out. This apartment will be fully renovated and have an upgraded kitchen with SS appliances and new grey wide-plank floors instead of the parquet.
This "feels like home" building in Hell's Kitchen offers you an exclusive club membership from which you experience a full, socially interactive community.
In-house managed amenity & social club provides events regularly, such as Game Nights, cooking and mixology classes taught by well-heeled professionals, wellness events, happy hours, movie screenings, and much more.
The building offers a great fitness center that features weekly classes including Yoga, Dance Fitness, Full Body Conditioning, Stretch & Core Strengthening, and more.
