The appliances are modern stainless steel .There are TWO FULL BATHROOMS i.e two shower/ bathtubs.
The apartment is already installed with internet, phone cable,etc, and the apt has hard wood floors as well. There is a SHARED BACKYARD perfect for bbqs and get togethers. There is a LAUNDRY ROOM as well with 2 washers and 2 dryers.
Great landlord. Guarantors are allowed but not required and can be from anywhere in the United States.
