Walls of windows and lovely natural light along with built in office spaces make many of these units ideal for those that enjoy working from home. The spacious kitchens and open living areas create a pleasurable atmosphere for entertaining and on-site gated parking and storage are available for a fee.

Red Hook is unlike any other neighborhood in the city. The rich and proud maritime history is apparent everywhere you turn and the area brims with creativity, innovation and beauty. The dining and socializing is exquisite with hot spots such as Brooklyn Ice House, Lobster Pound, Kevin's Restaurant, Brooklyn Crab, Dolce, The Good Fork and Fort Defiance just to name a few. Swing on a hammock or have a picnic on the Mary Whalen at Pier 11 or head over to Fairway or Ikea for some shopping.

For the same price as a subway ride the ferry at Atlantic Basin is just two blocks away and only a 20 minute ride to Wall Street! The frequently running and recently upgraded B61 bus line with USB ports at each seat is directly across the street from the building and drops you directly in front of the Smith/9th Street station in minutes with free transfer as well. Very convenient indeed!
