ABOUT THE APARTMENT
It's second floor apartment in a three story pre-war home. The unit has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The house is quiet and sunny with high ceilings and wooden floors. You will have two rooms at your disposal as well as a hallway closet for extra storage. Room One is 9'x9', and has a window, A/C unit and a closet opposite of it in the hallway. Room Two is 8'x9', and is on the other side of the apartment attached to the living room. Both these spaces would be yours to configure however you like.

I've been living here for 3.5 years, and absolutely love it! The landlord and her family (who live on the first and third floor) are super chill and responsive to any issues that come up with the apartment.

We are walking distance to Ft. Hamilton Pkwy and Church Ave neighborhoods where you can find excellent cafes, restaurants and bars. Prospect Park is one block away and the heart of Park Slope is two subway stops away.

$1150/month plus utilities, which comes to roughly $60-70/mo.

I'm a gay, 33 year-old graphic designer (M). I'm originally from the Midwest and have been living and working in New York since 2012.

I'm looking for a flat-mate who is responsible, neat, employed, cleans up their dishes, and is up for being a little social. I'm pretty quiet, though I host the occasional dinner gathering.

I'm the leaseholder of the apartment.
