1 bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment in the heart of Soho. Myself and another roommate are moving out July 1 so if you have a friend who is looking you can both move in if you like!
1 male roommate staying, super nice and easy going. The apartment lease is under his name and he has been there for several years now.
I didn't post a picture of my room because it is a mess but it fits a Queen and has a really nice sized closed.

South of Houston Street, which is where the neighborhood gets
its name, SoHo is the hip neighborhood that people love to frequent
for shopping and culinary adventures. Located just west of Little
Italy and Nolita, this is the neighborhood to be if you want to
feel like a New York icon.
During the era of Dutch colonialism, SoHo was the site of the
first free Black settlement in Manhattan. The land would remain
largely rural until the draining of the Collect Pond due to
pollution. Soon after, Broadway and Canal street were paved and
people began to come in droves.
During the early and mid 1800's SoHo began constructing cast
iron buildings in order to reduce the risk of fires, which had
become common in the city. The buildings allowed for large windows
and apartments. The wealthy elites of Manhattan called this place
home until the invention of Modern Steel, which allowed for the
