Two rooms in the fully furnished apartment are available during the summer 2017. It's a three bedroom apartment and you will be sharing it with a female graduate student (30 years old). Both rooms are fully furnished, where one has a real bed and the second has a comfortable sofa that serve as a bed. Each room has plenty of closet space, desk, chair, nightstand, chest of drawer. The rooms are available either monthly or for the whole three summer months. Each room is $800 a month. Both rooms share a bathroom and the apartment has washer, dryer, dishwasher, outside patio area (with real table and three chairs). The location is great: 2 minutes walk to the City Hall, about 15 minutes walk to Prudential Center, 20 minutes walk to Rutgers campus and Newark Penn. Uber costs around $5-6 (Uber pool $2-3) to the Newark Penn or Rutgers campus. If you commute to Manhattan, it takes 20-30 minutes to get to WTC by PATH or NY Penn Station by train door to door.
