DESCRIPTION
I'm looking to sublease my room in a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in Brooklyn Heights. My lease ends on August 31, 2017. The apt is available for move in immediately. I moved out because I started a new job in NJ. The other room will continue to be occupied by my college friend, a 26yo female professional. We are looking for a responsible, preferably female, working professional to take over my room.
The room is currently furnished with a futon bed and foam mattress. If you don't want the furniture, you are free to dispose of it.
The apartment is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the N, R, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, F subway lines and 2 blocks away to Brooklyn Bridge Park. There are a variety of restaurants and bars nearby.

Located on the water just below DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights is an
affluent neighborhood full of brownstones and beautiful views.
Though it's an upscale neighborhood, Brooklyn Heights welcomes
