       Pets allowed in all buildings. They should be under 40 lbs. No limit on # of pets within reason. Not all buildings have laundry.  Those without laundry will be marked as such.  All buildings include heat and hot water. If more is included, the listing will be marked as such. Some buildings also have parking - that will also be marked. Applications can be found at www.swqueens.com. A $100 (cash or money order) fee is required to begin processing. This fee in non-refundable, regardless if the application is approved or declined. Once they receive your application, all supporting documentation must be submitted within two (2) days by mail, fax or in person.  All applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to approval. To be approved for an apartment, an applicant's annual income must be equivalent to 40 times the monthly rent and the applicant must undergo a credit check.                                                                      

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,995. Both cats and dogs are allowed, but as always, double check with the manager about any specific pet concerns you may have.
