I am putting together 3 people to be on a shared lease in a beautiful 3 bed 1 bath apartment in a great Hudson Heights location very close to the A train at 190th and on a lush quiet street with a great view. Quiet tree lined street and and a short walk to great bars and restaurants in the valley!
To move in you will need
-first month rent
-security deposit (1 month)
-brokers fee (1 month)
You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc.
***All applicants must earn 40X the rent (around 32k minimum yearly income) and credit score minimum of 650***
