The apartment has a gorgeous gut renovation, exposed brick everywhere, 2 large bathrooms, WASHER AND DRYER in the apt, 2nd floor, and large living room and in a classic New York building close to all the great places to go out in Harlem. What I love about this location is you are tucked away on a quiet street but you are literally steps from the AC/BD train so you can get to midtown in less than 10 minutes!!
To move in you will need
-first month rent
-security deposit (1 month)
-brokers fee (1 month)
You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc.
***All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 38k- 45k minimum yearly income) and credit score minimum of 650!!***
WE ACCEPT GUARANTORS!! (guarantors need to earn 80x rent and credit minimum of 650)
***ONE PERSON PER ROOM***
The rent is cheap and the apartment is gorgeous!! Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the heart of Harlem. If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan than this could be a great fit for you. You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side. If this is close to what you're looking for but not exactly right I have some other similar situations so please don't hesitate to reach out and set up a time.

Harlem is enormous. Stretching from the East and Harlem Rivers
all the way to the Hudson, Harlem has three micro-neighborhoods

colorful, Central Harlem is energetic and cultural, and West Harlem
is more suburban and chill. From 110th to 155th, Harlem has
something for everyone.
Harlem is so huge that each spot has its own unique history. For
example, West and Central Harlem were burned to the ground during
the American Revolution, whereas East Harlem wasn't really
developed until the 1860's. However, one fact remains consistent
for all of Harlem: That the population of the area exploded once a
prominent Black neighborhood was destroyed to make room for Central
Park.
The Harlem Renaissance began around WWI and the cultural impact
the neighborhood would have on the world began. Becoming a major
player in the worlds of art, literature, music, and civil rights,
Harlem became a mecca for…
