DESCRIPTION
No-fee short-term sublet room/share in a 4 bedroom apartment in Southern Brooklyn.

A cute and cozy room with abundance sunlight. The room is fully furnished, with a twin bed, a table, heater and a closet to hang your clothes. It's also facing the garage, so there wouldn't be much noise during the day and at night as opposed to facing the road. The living room is a common area with various gym and exercise equipment (weights and bench) should you wish to exercise indoors at home.

This location is 7 minutes walk from the subway station, and 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. Takes about 35 minutes to get to FIDI in Manhattan by subway. The laundromat is also within a block away and there are various restaurants, bars, and diners in the convenient neighborhood.

The apartment comes with 2 toilets, so there is no need to worry about not having an available toilet during emergency situations.

You'd be staying with 3 males and 1 female in the shared apartment. We'd prefer someone who's a professional or a student and has the responsibility to clean and tidy up his/her room, along with other common areas. We seek someone who's on-time with rent payment as well.

First month's rent and last month's rent would be required as part of the security deposit. No fees, no credit check is required. Preferable move-in date would be asap and the lease will end on 15 july 2018. Hit me up if you are interested in viewing this apartment or call 347-261-6997.

This is a great deal especially for students who want to enjoy living in New York without worrying about having to pay a huge amount to live here! Do not miss out on this opportunity.

BAY RIDGE

The westernmost neighborhood in Brooklyn, Bay Ridge is a waterfront paradise facing Staten Island. Popular with just about every demographic you can think of, this neighborhood is affordable and has become the "it" spot in Brooklyn for those seeking a more quiet place to hang their hat.

Fun Facts and History of Bay Ridge

Originally used for farmland by the Lenape people, Bay Ridge would keep this tradition until the late 1800's. The Dutch who colonized this area split it into two neighborhoods that made up the western portion of the town of New Utrecht. This town would go on to survive English colonization and the American Revolution before being absorbed in the city of Brooklyn in the mid 1800's.

In 1853, Bay Ridge got its name from the beautiful views it offered of Manhattan Bay and New York Harbor. These views made it a popular place to build second homes along the waterfront. More inland, however, the area was still isolated and rural for another few decades. By 1892…
