DESCRIPTION
THIS IS A SUBLET. DO NOT CONTACT FOR LEASE TAKE OVER.
I am looking to SUBLET a fully furnished, large, private bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. The dates available are 12/30/17-5/1/18. Dates are flexible on both ends (12/23-5/5) but this is NOT a lease take over. The rent is $1050.00 per month with all utilities and internet included. Price would be prorated if not used for the entire month. This space is for single occupancy. The apartment is on the third floor but there is an accessibility ramp outside and a functioning elevator. There is a laundry room with multiple washers and dryers.
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from 3 grocery stores, 2 laundromats, several restaurants and bars, 2 gyms and a Starbucks. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, it is near Columbia University's medical school and hospital. It is three blocks away from the A/C and 1 trains. The commute is 5 minutes to Harlem (125th street) and 20 mins to mid-town Manhattan (42nd Street/Times Square). You would be sharing the apartment with one working professional in her early twenties and one graduate student in her mid-twenties.
