DESCRIPTION
An undeniably gorgeous 1BR/1 bath with stainless kitchen with high-end European appliances, marble bathroom and new wood plank flooring. Southern Views for loads of sun!
Hell's Kitchen has become an increasingly upscale neighborhood of affluent young professionals as well as residents from the "old days". Ninth Avenue is noted for its many ethnic restaurants, with side streets mostly lined with trees. The neighborhood does not have many parks or recreational areas, though smaller plots have been converted into green spaces. Not too far from Central Park, Hudson Yards, The Empire State Building, Grand Central, Times Square and Madison Square Garden. A short distance from the 1, 2, 3, A, B, C, D train lines, many bus lines and Port Authority.
