The wow factor. That is what this exceptionally roomy apartment has. Located up one flight of stairs, it overlooks a pretty courtyard and has open sky exposure for great morning light.
Very high ceilings and two oversized windows makes this living room a standout. Plenty of space for a full sized sofa or sectional, entertainment center, and dining table. Great closet space. Kitchen features full size appliances, dishwasher, even a magnetic knife rack. Abundant cabinets and even a pantry! Bathroom glistens with brand new grout and three build in shelves for products. Great bedroom with two closets really makes this an outlier!

1911.
The population of the area exploded in the early 1900's. Even
so, the city didn't pay too much attention to the area, which led
to increased poverty and crime. During prohibition, Hell's Kitchen
was the site of several major distilling and rumrunner…
