DESCRIPTION
The wow factor. That is what this exceptionally roomy apartment has. Located up one flight of stairs, it overlooks a pretty courtyard and has open sky exposure for great morning light.
Very high ceilings and two oversized windows makes this living room a standout. Plenty of space for a full sized sofa or sectional, entertainment center, and dining table. Great closet space. Kitchen features full size appliances, dishwasher, even a magnetic knife rack. Abundant cabinets and even a pantry! Bathroom glistens with brand new grout and three build in shelves for products. Great bedroom with two closets really makes this an outlier!
Don't lose out on this pre-war gem. Pets allowed except aggressive breeds. One month broker fee applies. This location puts you very close to Columbus Circle, Central Park, and an epic selection of restaurants and bars.
