The apartment is available for at least a 10 month lease (Aug 1st 2020 - May 2021) or likely longer. Ideally, we can sign a first lease until May 2021, and then with the possibility to extend after that.
All amenities (and some furniture) can also be included for a slightly higher monthly price if desired (approximately $2500 including hot water, heat, gas, electricity, wifi etc.).
There is a laundry in the basement and a professional laundry right across the road (only a tad bit more expensive, but they fold your clothing!). There is also a roof deck and a back yard.

Famous outside of NYC, Williamsburg is a rapidly growing
