DESCRIPTION
A fantastic (1310ft) apartment with the Master BR 1 (Or BR 2 if you so choose) is up for grabs! The master bedroom (BR 1 & 2) catches all the afternoon sunlight with unobstructed open south/west facing views that overlook the downtown neighborhood from atop this perch. You can take your pick, the Very large master bedroom 1 w/ en suite bathroom or the other large bedroom 2, whichever you prefer. The choice is yours to decide! Choose between the two true bedrooms and whichever bedroom is left, one of the three roommates has agreed to take the one that remains. It really doesn't get any better than that! The apartment's held for us through the weekend and early next week, before June 1st, to bring in one lucky individual to join this unbelievable opportunity. Very few apartments are available if any are left at all, accommodating a June 1st move-in date. Certainly not anything comparable to the value this luxury apartment provides! The apartment's located on the top floor, just a few steps away from the building's selection of first-rate amenities. Including a 24hr gym, an expansive rooftop lounge (wrapping around the gym and indoor lounge located between the outdoor rooftop covering both sides and nearly the size of an entire building floor), a basketball court also outdoors on the rooftop, and an indoor lounge for working from home and to use the free wifi throughout the amenities. 24hr Doorman and elevator too.
The living room will have two additional flex bedrooms in it. The floor plan reflects the layout of the apartment. W/D in unit

Apartments are renting sight unseen with half of June's inventory already leased! This opportunity won't last the weekend of May 26th-28th. June 1st move-in!
