Our ~800 square foot West Village loft apartment is the ideal NYC studio. The apartment includes soaring 11 ft ceilings and is flooded with natural light from two large south facing windows. The open floor plan and newly renovated kitchen (including new appliances and a dishwasher) make this the perfect space for entertaining a few friends. The kitchen and living area are connected by four barstools and charming exposed arch designed brick - our favorite feature! The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, a massive amount of closet space and nice sized bathroom with a tub/shower.

It is on the 6th floor of an elevator doorman building. The building has a very large shared rooftop with two gas grills, wifi, lots of tables + lounge chairs and amazing views of NYC including the Empire State Building, Freedom Tower, Hudson River and Jersey skyline, with a separate rooftop play area for children. There building is pet friendly, it has a full gym on the second floor, clean laundry facilities on the first floor of the building, bike storage, parking garage with the option of valet, vending machines and an ATM.

The building is located in the quintessential West Village neighborhood, just two blocks south of the Meatpacking district and across the street from the Hudson River piers. It's less than a block from the Whitney Museum and the Highline, a few min walk to Chelsea Market and surrounded by ton of amazing shops, restaurants and bars.

We have lived here for a few years and adore our apartment but need to move due to work. Looking for someone to take over our lease (officially); the lease end date is March 31st. Move in date is flexible but ideally move in would be early November.

Rent is $3499/month through 3/31, unfurnished.
