I'm looking for a new place and this is the closest thing that has laundry with this amount of space in Williamsburg. I'm a 38 chill female with a small cocker spaniel who is a senior.

What I'm looking for: Chill roommate who is female and over 28 with a professional job 9-5 schedule. Someone who cleans and loves animals and wouldn't mind having a wine or cocktail on occasion. Pet's would have to be ok with Marvin:)
