ARTIST's LOFT REIMAGINED

Nestled in the heart of SoHo, this modern one bedroom with home office, facing the quiet, historical Crosby Street, isn't merely a dwelling, it's a time machine that takes one on a journey from the 19th century cobblestone street, all the way through the 21st century of a smart home with a virtual doorman. Lofty 11 foot ceilings, oak floors, and painted exposed brick, welcome you home as well as the view - overlooking a part of Soho unchanged from an earlier time.

Along with 2 full baths, the west-facing 3W includes custom solid wood doors and trims, a Dual Zone Heating System, recessed LED lighting throughout the entire space, as well as an in-unit Electrolux washer/dryer. The well-equipped chef's kitchen includes a large island and countertops of Calacatta Nuvo, Virginia white cabinets, and a Bertazzoni stainless steel range and hood. Wine lovers rejoice as there is also an under counter wine cellar.

Neighbors include the Crosby Hotel, Balthazar, Sant Ambroeus and L'Esquina. Pets and Pied-a-Terre welcomed. Corporate leases allowed. See you soon. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.
