I am moving out of my Financial District NY apt early and I'm looking to sublet for the months of August-October. It's a uniquely large studio that can be converted into 2 bedrooms. Includes 24hour concierge/super, onsite fitness center, large terrace on the 13th floor, lounge with kitchen/bar, pool table & TV for entertaining guests!
The sublet is for 3 months, starting August 1st, and you have the option to start your own lease after October 31st. --- As the new applicant, you are taking over the balance of the lease until current expiration, October 31st 2019. The takeover is done as/is, and management does not prep the apartment for you, the new applicant. You must pay a security deposit directly to the building's management, a $100 fee for background/credit checks, submit employment verification and a $750 fee for occupying the apartment as sub-lease.
