My roommate Raymond and I are searching for a third roommate in our Windsor Terrace apartment. Rent is $920 (move in requires first month + security) without utilities and the details/pictures of the apartment are listed here:

We have a spacious common area featuring a large living room w natural light, a TV equipped w nearly every streaming service, a sunny porch and garden, a dining room, and kitchen w marble floors and countertops. We are walking distance from the F/G at Fort Hamilton, Prospect Park, and Greenwood Cemetery, as well as local groceries like Key Food, laundromats, and local health services.
We feature fiberoptic internet between each of us (as Raymond requires it for work as another WFH roommate). We have one Yorkie dog, but he chooses to stay in the bedroom as not to both anyone. Additionally, we have cichlid fishtanks in the dining room which are beautiful to look at.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $920. The manager allows pet cats but does not seem to allow dogs. As always, you should ask as early in the process as possible if you have any questions regarding the pet policy. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
