DESCRIPTION
Listing description:
Looking for someone to SUBLET my Brooklyn apartment Mid March - August with possibility to extend/take over the lease.

Here's a little about the place:

Our Bright, cozy, spacious Brooklyn Apartment in the BEST location ever! Our home is quiet, with sounds of the birds from our massive back garden! (which is a rare find in NY!) it's like a retreat space amidst the bustle of New York.

We only use organic products to clean and everything in our home is (pretty much!) organic & have a great water filter!

The kitchen is small but functional, with good quality pots and pans and high quality water filter!

The dining area is cozy & dreamy amidst the plants and zen, and perfect to sit, dream, eat or work.

The bathroom is a fun retro pink with a great hot great shower and bathtub.

The bedroom has a queen bed (with firm good mattress) and looks out onto the expansive garden.

The office area is large and perfect if you have work to do, and enjoys sparkles of afternoon sunlight.

We're on the ground floor, so unlike most New York apartments, there's no need to climb flights of stairs! We love our home and we think you will too

The best part? It has a HUGE garden!! Ideal for summer parties, growing vegetables and breakfast with the birds and trees

After the war, Park Slope would remain farmland until roughly 1839, when the Brooklyn grid system was drawn up. Farmers sold their land to the new city of Brooklyn and row houses were soon built.

Park Slope was slow to develop since the area was hard to get to in the 1800's. The neighborhood itself didn't see much construction until the 1840's and 50's. However, Prospect Park was soon in development in the 1860's and 70's, leading to an…
