DESCRIPTION
Hello everyone!
I'm looking to sublet my room from March through June, or Immediate move-in. The lease can be renewed/extended as well. You will be sharing this 2BR/1BA apartment with my current roommate Michael.
The apartment is a 2br, 1 bath apartment. It's got a lot of windows and really nice natural lighting, hardwood flooring, a modern kitchen with dishwasher included and a nice modern bathroom. The bedroom can easily fit a queen bed, a dresser and a work desk (which was how I furnished it when I stayed there). Plus there's a closet in the room for more storage! The room also has large windows which provides great natural light in the room. In the living room there's a bar table with 2 bar stools to eat at, and a couch. Some of the photos are from the summer, but everything still looks the same, please come see it in person for yourself!

Roommate details:
Michael is a professional who is currently working from home. He is very neat and tidy, and respectful of his roommates. He is also taking COVID precations seriously. Most of the time, he will be working in his room so you can expect a very peaceful living space! Michael uses the kitchen rarely and he keeps the shared space very neat. Looking for someone who is similar to him!
