My current subletters are moving out on July 31st. I'm looking for someone (ideally a couple) to move in for a min lease agreement of 2 years starting August 1st.

The apartment is amazing:

-12ft tall ceilings.
-1000+ sq ft.
-Back deck area with grill (this is not included in the 1000 sq ft)
-Large bathroom with large black jacuzzi bathtub
-Built in Murphy bed (if you want it)
-HD projector with 150" screen built onto wall with special reflective paint. (It's basically a movie theater in the apartment)
-Only 3 other tenants in building. Everyone is chill and quiet, so if you're a partier, don't waste your time.
-On N6th st but the apartment is isolated so there's no noise.
-Skylight in center of room. Lots of natural light
-Washer/dryer combo
-Dishwasher
-All utilities (minus cable/internet) are included in the $3500/month price.
-1 month security deposit required.
-2 Brand new air conditioners purchased within the last year
-Tons of track lighting. This place has an immense amount of light if needed

These photos are of the space currently. The tenants have a lot of stuff, so it looks much more cluttered than when I lived there, but I can provide older photos too so you can get an idea of the space. I'm keeping the price low (for Williamsburg standards) as I'm looking for good responsible tenants.
