You would be taking over the remainder of the lease, which ends Oct 31, with an option to resign.

Multi-level apartment, south-facing, in an awesome neighborhood. The open layout of the apartment makes a one bedroom apartment feel much larger and helps break up the space.

We can discuss a fee for the furnishings and decorations, depending on what you want to keep in the apartment. All furnishings purchased 5 months ago, more than a $5,000 value - happy to offer at half price. Rugs handmade in Morocco. Personal balcony with chairs and a table. Kitchen supplies also available.  Will include furniture for 1/4 price if moved in by May 1.

Real doorman, as well as a virtual doorman. Live-in super. Free wifi on each floor, and I would be leaving you my Verizon wifi, which is only for my unit.

Dishwasher and AC.

Less than 5 minutes walking distance from multiple supermarkets (including a Trader Joes), surrounded by restaurants, subway accessible.

I love the space but am leaving the country.

After New Netherlands was conquered by the British in 1664, they left Greenwich as its own hamlet, separate from New York City.

The name "Greenwich" first appears in NYC city records in 1713, meaning it was likely incorporated into the rest of the city around that time. After the American Revolution, Greenwich was the site of multiple city facilities such as…
