the building is extremely secure and the area is incredibly safe and convenient, right in between south beach and Hollywood , everything you need is just a mile or 3 away...is the perfect place for someone that does not want to use a car and can easily get around on a bicycle.
The 1650$ a month include rent , cable tv and wi-fi , the electric bill is about 50 $ a month and will be additional . In order to move in I will need 1650$ for the first month , and 1650 $ deposit which will be refundable if the apartment is left in the same conditions as it was when rented .
