DESCRIPTION
Large 3BR apt in prime North Park Slope!!
This is a very big apartment in Park Slope proper!
Located on the 2nd floor of a townhouse, this space can be arranged in a multitude of ways.
When you walk into the apartment, there is plenty of storage space located there in the foyer, and if you were to turn to the right, you will walk into what could be an office or a living room, and past that you will walk into a huge room with a closet with East facing windows. To the right of that room, there is an extra adjoining space with a window that can be used as a walk in closet, office, or anything your heart desires (meditation, yoga, etc!)!
If you were to walk into the apartment and turn to the left, you will walk down a hall to another room with a closet, and further down the hall, you will hit the kitchen, bathroom, and 3rd bedroom with West facing windows. The images depict the space while under renovations -- walls being painted and the space being cleaned.
Heat and Hot water included, no pets!

was drawn up. Farmers sold their land to the new city of Brooklyn
and row houses were soon built.
Park Slope was slow to develop since the area was hard to get to
in the 1800's. The neighborhood itself didn't see much construction
until the 1840's and 50's. However, Prospect Park was soon in
development in the 1860's and 70's, leading to an…
