The space is beautiful, bright, well lite and cozy, with a balcony giving on the inside of the block, so no noise from the street at all. Feels very spacious for a 1 Bedroom, with the balcony and the wide living room.

This apartment has central A/C , hardwood floors and a modern kitchen. The kitchen might be our favorite part of the apartment, with full gas top stove that works extremely well and an island that makes cooking or having guests over a delight. Windows are well insulated and quit when closed.

With the large windows that open wide, and the full balcony, the apartment feels amazing during summer, as if you were outside.
