The Property / Area (Manhattan Valley)

Manhattan Valley is bordered by two of the city's largest parks: Riverside and Central and sits between 110th Street and 96th Street in a natural depression of land constituting the "valley". It is a green and lush neighborhood that is culturally very family oriented and as a result feels very "neighborhood-y" as it is generally not a hotspot for tourism.
