The kitchen is fully equipped including dishware, glassware, flatware, small appliances, pots and pans. A selection of the owner's high-end serving pieces will remain in place for hosting. A full technology setup is installed, including Sonos throughout the apartment, designer speakers, Apple TV, Epson projector TV, and an HP printer/scanner. Pieces from the owner's personal art collection will remain on display.
The bedroom features a Queen size bed with top of the line Hybrid Alcove plush mattress. Ample storage with four large closets, extra custom-built storage, and a pantry in the kitchen.
