There is an occupancy limit of 4 adults for this apartment (18 years of age or older).  The total number of people occupying the apartment is enforceable based on Chicago City Code. The occupancy limit does not apply toward minors living with their parents or guardians, but does apply toward minors who are not.

There is no security deposit associated with this apartment.

Seminary Properties allows for most kinds of standard domestic pet (e.g. cats, birds, fish), but dogs of any size, breed, or temperament are not permitted. A pet fee of $150 per pet will be owed when your lease begins, and whenever you choose to renew your lease – i.e. roughly once a year.
