Hello Everyone,
I have a 3 bedroom 7D (does not need to be converted) apartment popping up. I'm in the East Village on the top floor of an elevator building. All bedrooms fit fulls (queens) have windows and 3 closets. The apt is on the fifth floor in an ELEVATOR building. There is a SHARED BACKYARD for the building which is great for laying out/ grilling, dinner parties etc. The apartment is prewired for internet and has hardwood floors. It's also an elevator building with a clean well-lit LAUNDRY ROOM.
There is a FITNESS ROOM in the building with new machines. The building is pet-friendly as well.
Flexible landlord, guarantors are allowed from anywhere in the US, sublets ok, Being a broker I can choose any of my landlords buildings to live in and I chose these guys.
After 8 years they have been great with repairs, re-sanded my floors halfway through my lease, repainted the walls when we requested it, and their rent increases have been modest.
There is a new police station across the street which in regards to safety is actually pretty great. It's only for detectives and parking meters, so there are no loud sirens, but it makes the block one of the safest in the East Village.
The area is awesome- The F train is blocks away at 1st Ave and 1st street (24 hour stop) and that literally goes straight up 6th avenue to NYU, West Village- Penn station, Bryant Park, Rockefeller and finally Central park, the J,M,Z are 3 blocks away (8 min) There's a huge running track on Houston a block over where Zog sports plays a lot of games. Two free Outside public swimming are a block away as well. There's a Whole Foods down Houston street with a YMCA that has an Olympic sized swimming pool. SOHO, Lower East Side, NYU, Greenwich Village, Nolita, and of course all the East Village are close by. Oh MTA has a website now that tells you the exact minute when the bus will be on the corner.
This is an occupied apartment, so the landlord expects that I'm either meeting clients or talking with them by phone before bothering his tenants. Besides, there are too many variables like showing times, move-in dates, details of the apt etc to work only by email.
PLEASE ADD YOUR IDEAL MOVE IN DATE, BACK UP DATE, PETS AND BEST NUMBER TO REACH YOU ON IN YOUR EMAIL,

Please text or call me to schedule a showing this week-

EAST VILLAGE
The East Village is a buzzing hub of youthful energy and
activity, boasting bookstores, cafes, galleries, and hip bars.
Situated between 3rd avenue and the East River, with 14th street to
the north and Houston to the south, this neighborhood is both
stylish and laid back. Once the most vibrant art scene in NYC, it
remains a trendy neighborhood to the avant-garde while also
boasting a much more polished edge, complete with luxury condos,
franchised coffee shops, and plenty of lunch spots.
Like most of New York, the East Village started out as farmland.
Until the early 1960s, the East Village was just the northern tip
of the Lower East Side, largely occupied by German and Ukrainian
working class immigrants. However, the Beat movement made its roots
in the East Village in the 1950's and paved the way for the influx
of the counterculture scene of the 60s.
Since then, the art scene of the East Village exploded with
series like Andy Warhol's…
