This is a quiet community. The ideal guest would be a working professional, someone in transitioning, or a college student/intern. Plenty of visitors spaces in front or near the home. For public transportation the commute is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop or less then 5 minute drive to the metro train station.
Guest have a space for cooking and use of microwave. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils are provided, but cleanliness is a MUST since this is a shared space. As a bonus, a monthly professional cleaning service is provided and will clean your room at no additional cost. High speed internet, water, gas and electric is all included with the rental cost.
