The rent is cheap and the apartment is gorgeous!! If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan than this could be a great fit for you.You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side. If this is close to what you're looking for but not exactly right I have some other similar situations so please don't hesitate to reach out and set up an appointment.
