DESCRIPTION
Trust me; you should see this spacious, quiet, Park Slope, 1 bedroom unit before it's off the market.

The apartment includes large, thermal windows and hardwood floors.

The in-unit laundry is a nice convenience. The rental comes with heat/hot included. The unit lets in lots of sun to brighten your day even during a mid-winter day.

It comes with high-end, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a full-sized fridge, plenty of storage, a gas range, and a gas oven.

The bedroom has good storage, hardwood flooring, and a window that opens. You should be able to fit a king bed in the well sized bedroom, but Remember to bring a tape measure during the showing.

Inside the bathroom there are a standard shower, a standard tub, and good storage.

The building is rarely available and leasing up fast, which means it's a great opportunity for you. It's worth noting the building features lighted and clean hallways and a front door buzzer.

Please call me today. Let's make sure you're the first to visit this apt.
