I'm looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP, my lease agreement ends on April 4, 2020 (you can extend it for longer if you wish). The East Village is a buzzing hub of youthful energy and
activity, boasting bookstores, cafes, galleries, and hip bars.
Situated between 3rd avenue and the East River, with 14th street to
the north and Houston to the south, this neighborhood is both
