Listing description:
Hey friends!
Looking for 2 (or 3!) people to takeover the lease on this AWESOME 2 bed/1 bath in Washington Heights!
Less than a block from the 1 train at 191st street, as well as a Fine Fare grocery, great little bodega, liquor store, pharmacy, and really anything else you could need. There's also tons of parks/green space within walking distance!
Because we're doing a lease takeover, you will need to be able to meet the landlord requirements for tenants: 40x monthly rent in income and a solid credit score. Guarantors are fine if need be.
Message me if you're interested! I love this precious apartment and want to help some new people find a home here, too!
