My apartment has 24 Hours Doorman, all utilities included fully Furnished. (Queen size bed, Red velvet sofa, study desk and chair) All of cooking supplies provide, extra japanese fan, fancy Basketball Court, Dishwasher, Washer / Dryer In-Unit , Gym ,Swimming Pool ,Air conditioning ,New towels provide,Parking space and Free Verizon Fios (I'm going to pay).
The location is perfect for someone who wants to experience New York City, doing internship for the summer or exchange summer semester. 10 minutes walk to Times square, prime Hell's Kitchen location, near countless bars, restaurant row, theater, etc. and the entrance to the subway (with access to the A, C, E, N, Q, R, W,1,2,3, and 7 lines) , huge 24 hours market located in front of the apartment.
Originally this apartment monthly rental fee is about $4200 per month. But I'm giving you $3200 included with free wifi and free utilities. You are saving $1000.

If you break one of furniture, you have to fix or pay me fix fee.
Strict:
Cancel up to 2 weeks before check in and get a 60% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 2 weeks of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. This is No excused. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of contracting. Need to pay all of sublet fee before you sublet my home.

HELL'S KITCHEN
Between 34th and 59th street, Hell's Kitchen is the place to be
if you're seeking a good time in Manhattan. A myriad of bars and
restaurants line the streets of 8th, 9th, and 10th avenues while
the streets are adorned with brownstones, apartment complexes and
cute cafes. This once feared neighborhood has become a friendly
place to kick back and have a drink with friends.
Hell's Kitchen started life as several plots of farmland in the
early 1700's. The easy access to the river proved to be perfect for
agricultural pursuits. However, as the city expanded north, more
and more farms were purchased from their owners to make space for
other things, like the construction of New York Hospital in
1911.
The population of the area exploded in the early 1900's. Even
so, the city didn't pay too much attention to the area, which led
to increased poverty and crime. During prohibition, Hell's Kitchen
was the site of several major distilling and rumrunner…
