DESCRIPTION
Over 1,000 Square feet of Brownstone Charm! Large 1.5 Bed Garden, a stone's throw from Prospect Park, available immediately.
This is a classic Park Slope apartment: Raised paneling, built in cabinets, Parquet flooring, original Mahogany doors, Oak Casing and hi profile baseboards are all intact. The front room is massive, there's enough room for your living/entertainment area and a formal dining set. The queensized bedroom is in the back of the apartment off of the garden so it's nice and quiet, and there's a second interior room that can be an awesome walk in closet, home office or nursery.
The garden is special, rose bushes, annual flowers, benches and a large patio that fits the grill and outdoor furniture.
As advertised, the location is great--7th Street and Prospect Park West. Close to the park, close to F/G train, close to shopping. Close to everything!
Great deal, call for a showing today.
Got a furry friend? They're welcome on approval.
This is a non-smoking building.
