To move in you will need

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, you will need to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, ID etc.
*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 32k- 44k min) and have a minimum credit score of 660
WE ACCEPT GUARANTORS/Co-signers
(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and have a minimum credit score of 700)

1st room-$800 (good for full size bed-no closet but private hallway closet available)
2nd room-$800 (good for full size bed-no closet but private hallway closet available)
3rd room-$1000 (good for queen size bed)
4th room-$1050 (good for queen size bed)
5th room-$1100 (good for king size bed)
