DESCRIPTION
I am moving and have a little over 6 months left on this lease (ends 5/7/2022). Monthly rent is $6550 to me, I am looking to sublet for a little less than that for anyone who can commit to the whole period. Looking for early December move-in, ideally 12/7/2021 thru 5/7/2022, 5 months, but flexible on start time, please let me know what is ideal.
Unit is in the Aldyn, a luxury building on 60 Riverside Boulevard with doormen and amenities. Unit will be empty since I am moving out, it is a REAL 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment with washer dryer in unit.
The building has a full gym with full court basketball, bowling alley, golf simulator, pool + ping pong table, racquetball court, 3 lane swimming pool, and dance room.
Attached photos are for unit 610 which rented for $6615, unit 910 is the higher floor but otherwise same, except with white finish on kitchen cabinets rather than wood color.
