DESCRIPTION
Encompassing the entire 2nd floor of a well-kept South Slope townhouse, this apartment hits the mark! Fresh off a full renovation, the bathroom and kitchen are bright, shiny and new. Bathroom features include marble tiling, a full size tub, champagne bronze fixtures, and an elegant marble-topped vanity. The kitchen, meanwhile, has been outfitted with a full-size gas stove, an 18" dishwasher and a double-door refrigerator. And there's plenty of cabinet space to go along with all that fridge space- so if you love to cook, this is a kitchen for you! Along with stainless steel appliances, the apartment also comes with your very own brand-new washer & dryer. Not more lugging laundry to the laundromat!
Step into your bedroom and be amazed at the size and light! During the reno, a wall was removed so that a one a half bedroom set up was turned into a extra large one bedroom. Featuring two closets and a decorative fireplace, this space is perfect for a king-size bed and as many dressers/armoires that you may have. Or, if you work from home, there's plenty of space for a desk/home office set-up.
Just two blocks to the Prospect Ave R train and also close to the Prospect Park F/G lines. Call today to set up a showing!

Park Slope was slow to develop since the area was hard to get to
in the 1800's. The neighborhood itself didn't see much construction
until the 1840's and 50's. However, Prospect Park was soon in
