It looks onto a private courtyard, creating a very peaceful and private atmosphere that is rare to find in the city. The bathroom is big for an NYC bathroom and includes a nice tub! The kitchen is small but effective. This is the golden apartment for storage! There are 4 large closets! There is also a little nook off the main room with an additional tall window leading to the fire escape. This room can be used as an additional closet or a small office space!

This is truly a heavenly apartment I have had zero complaints while living here and wouldn't be leaving if circumstances were different. Whoever gets this place is very lucky!
