This space faces south for full sunlight and has new windows for reduced street noise and lower utility costs. Several cafes, restaurants, organic food stores, and parks are all nearby and the building features spectacular rooftop views. The building is occasionally home to art shows, workshops, rehearsals, and film events, but overall we are a quiet environment for working artists and professionals.

This space has 11 foot ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, and Verizon FiOS 75/75 Broadband Internet.  On three floors there are over 50 studios, ranging in size from 200-900 sq.ft.  (Please note, this is the actual square feet, not the gross square footage estimates used by brokers).  We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key controlled building with other verified residents.

There is laundry on site, a freight elevator that opens onto the street, and access to a 15,000 sq.ft. rooftop.  The plumbing and electricity are all new, and utilities are billed based on each unit's individual usage.  We like to think that we've taken the place a few steps farther than a lot of the other lofts that are available in the area.  There's a real good community in the building and everyone here is committed to making it a better place to be.  Building management however does not permit motor bikes in your space, parties, music rehearsal, or pet dogs of any kind.

Originally it's own village, Williamsburg has had a long history as a home for Manhattanites seeking a less-expensive refuge across the river. Because of the convenience of the village, the population grew fast. It became the Town of Williamsburg in 1840, and evolved again into the City of Williamsburg in 1855. However, Williamsburg was soon incorporated into Brooklyn that same year.

Once Brooklyn became part of New York City in 1898, more transportation options were added, making Williamsburg very popular, especially among immigrant populations. Post-WWII, it became home to many Hasidic Jews as well as people from Puerto Rico and theā€¦
