DESCRIPTION
Studio loft apartment available in a professional and media/arts oriented building. Unfurnished. This space faces north and east for good light and cool temps. Several cafes, restaurants, organic food stores, and parks are all nearby and the building features spectacular rooftop views. The building is occasionally home to art shows, workshops, rehearsals, and film events, but overall we are a quiet environment for working artists and professionals.

This space has 11 foot ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, and Verizon FiOS 75/75 Broadband Internet. On three floors there are over 50 studios, ranging in size from 200-900 sq.ft. (Please note, this is the actual square feet, not the gross square footage estimates used by brokers). We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key controlled building with artists and professionals.

There is laundry on site, a freight elevator that opens onto the street, and access to a 15,000 sq.ft. rooftop. The plumbing and electricity are all new, and utilities are billed based on each unit's individual usage.
