There is laundry on site, a freight elevator that opens onto the street, and access to a 15,000 sq.ft. rooftop. The plumbing and electricity are all new, and utilities are billed based on each unit's individual usage. Newly installed double-paned glass windows in this space make heating and cooling efficient and affordable.

Building management however does not permit motor-bikes in your space, parties, music rehearsal, or pet dogs of any kind.
