Our long-term building residents are accomplished and mature professionals. There are no parties, dogs, booming sound systems, or woodshops. This is a very quiet building and we are in search of applicants with a comparable lifestyle and similar expectations. We performed these renovations 20 years ago and maintain and manage all aspects of the building's operation. No other agencies or brokers are representing this property.

Our rooftop is a 15,000 square foot green space with plants, tables, and a full Manhattan skyline view. Features include gigabit fiber internet, on-site laundry, and a freight elevator. This means full water pressure through clean pipes and electric service without glitch or interruption. Metered utility billing is based on each unit's individual usage. We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square).
