My wife and I are looking to move to a place to accommodate our future plans.

Awesome neighborhood with great bars and restaurants. Easy walks to East Village and Tribeca. Great view of the Manhattan Bridge, with green space (and a skate park) nearby. Great sunlight and friendly neighbors. 1 block from the F and a short walk to the B and D. Elevator in the building.

Closest grocery store (Trader Joe's) is a 10-15 minute walk. Only one closet, we use two wardrobes and plan to leave those behind for you to use as well.

UPDATE:

Due to COVID-19 we are not allowing in-person viewings initially. We will offer a video tour of the apartment which we can provide if you send us a message. If you are interested in the apartment, we can start figuring out how to handle an in-person viewing for you.

For the in-person viewing, we will require you wear a mask at all times, that you remove your shoes before entering the apartment, and that you limit your viewing to 15 minutes.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,650. The building allows easy access via an elevator. The person posting the listing did not specify that any pets were allowed. It may be the case that pets are ok and the manager simply has not yet filled out all the details.
