The neighborhood is great!  Two blocks into Bed-Stuy and 1.5 blocks from the Franklin C and the S to Prospect Park, amazing coffee shops, groceries, and laundry.  Across Atlantic into Crown Heights there are tons of restaurants, bars, a mixed martial arts studio, and a yoga studio.  Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum are about a 20min walk away, shorter if you take the shuttle.  Plenty of train and bus options. The 2/3/4/5 trains are also about a 15min walk away though the S will take you there in two stops.  And the G is about a 10min walk.  

Lease is for the month of April, with an option to renew.
